Meet Jane Haagsman

Jane Haagsman writes for the woman who looks like she has it together — and quietly knows she doesn’t.

She spent years carrying the weight of overcommitment, hidden clutter, and shame-driven paralysis before one decision changed the trajectory of her life.

Today she is the author of the trilogy The Cost of Chaos, Enough Is Enough, and Beyond The Shame, and the founder of The Decisive Woman — a coaching, speaking, and publishing brand built around the proprietary DECIDE Method™.

Her work blends real-life experience, grounded wisdom, and faith woven naturally throughout, helping women move from overwhelm to intentional, decisive living.

Jane is married to Jake, and they make their home in Bradenton, Florida. They are parents of five adult children and are blessed with two grandsons. They serve in their church as small-group leaders. In her spare time, Jane enjoys quilting, participating in various business groups, gardening, and making time for the beach to search for shark teeth.
